I bought this service, attracted by the grandiose claims: 11,500 servers, 100 countries, no logs. In reality, I encountered a situation where the marketing promises completely diverged from reality.
The main problem is that the service DOESN'T WORK in Russia. No protocols or server switching help. The service I paid for simply wasn't provided for reasons beyond my control. This is the key point. What we have in reality:
Zero availability: The basic function—connection—doesn't work.
Empty promises: The stated 24/7 support is limited to boilerplate responses that don't solve the problem.
Inconsistency with description: Accepting payments knowing about regional blocking and not providing working solutions is dishonest. Conclusion:
Instead of a working tool, you get a pretty marketing veneer with non-functional content. Your money is spent on funding their advertising, not on developing the service.
Spend your money on more effective and honest solutions. This service is incapable of performing even the most basic tasks in this region. I demand a refund.

After several months of suffering, I contacted them and asked for a refund. I received a promise of a refund and nothing else. I Don't recommend it.
