I worked mostly with Johnathan White. They charged me $50,000 in June 2022 and over a period of 8 months didn't accomplish one thing other than possibly tracing where my funds went! The last thing they were going to do is get an attorney to file an injunction and recover my funds. I was defrauded of $2,775,000 and I'm nowhere closer to recovering my funds than I was before hiring Cyber-Forensics. They blatantly lie and don't follow up on what they say they will do. Their legal department is no better.
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THEM! THEY ARE NOTHING BUT A SCAM!

I paid this company $*******USD to investigate a cyber scam only to be scammed by them. They do not respond to emails and phone have been disconnected. Contact me for more information.

Once they take you money, and mind you their fees are very steep, they make appearance they're are working on retrieving your scammed crypto, and will drag you for a year, sending you some excel spreadsheet of criminal's crypto addresses. ( How do you know they're real, and even if they are - what are they good for if all the work stops there?) And that's where their services stop! They will not answer your calls, messages- cold turkey! You are being scammed the second time around! This company is outside US, so they have no jurisdiction in US, and will tell you "we will hire a US lawyer" to send the subpoena, but never release you the name of the lawyer- they don't hire anyone, because by law- you need to know the name of your lawyer! Do not employ the "service" of this scam of a company!

I signed up in June, 2022 and gave John $50,000 timely. That's the one time fee he said they required to handle my case. Long story short they "seemed" to have traced where my funds are located but after that they dropped the ball and did no further work. I've contacted their attorney/law firm who worked on my case, Niko, who advised that he has been unable to get in touch with them as well and his law firm has put them on an indefinite hold! Additionally, about a month and a half ago their phones went dead. If you call today they STILL are dead! You can't get a returned call; you can't get a returned email response. They scam you for $50,000 and then disappear. I've since heard from several other customers of Cyber-Forensics that paid them and are experiencing the same thing I am. I have heard from one of their customers who said he has since heard from John during the last month but gave him a run around story. I NEVER thought they would do this or I wouldn't have started with them. This is a relationship of trust and THEY CAN'T BE TRUSTED!

I signed up for crypto theft investigation and recovery. My investigation stalled waiting on law enforcement subpoena's to exchanges. I have tried to contact the company and the USA number will not go through. My representative has not responded to multiple email attempts. I believe the company may have gone out of business. Meanwhile the BOT on their website is still working to take on new cases. DON'T ENTERTAIN IT! I feel like I've been robbed a second time. If they surface I will go back and amend or delete this review.

I had a lot of questions but Jack, from the customer support team was patient and kind to answer all my questions in detail.

The team of this company is very efficient. They did not take much time to respond to my mail, and explained me everything about their plan. I liked their plan, so I hired them and they were able to get almost 43% recovery. That's almost 50% success, but they did inform me that this is a very tough job and I can only expect maximum 40%. So I am quite happy with the service provided here.
