Whilst I was disappointed to hear about the potential time to process, the manager was clear with communications and I was satisfied with his service. The fastway delivery was a great service, and the status emails were great and accurate from the time my purchase was collected.
Was worth the wait, and my knife is awesome.
14 business days before they send purchases out. I could walk faster.
When I asked about the status of my order i got his reply-
"If you can not wait as per our terms simply don't purchase
We don't force people to buy from us but we always deliver"
This is my third disappointing experience with CEK, there won't be a 4th.

One of the longest serving knife sellers in Australia. They have high quality knives, outdoor camping gear. Shipping occurs within their terms of reference. Pricing can't be beat with retailers (Its basically near wholesale price). Purchased numerous items from them and recommended them to all of my friends who are into hunting knives and accessories. Couldn't be happier
I've purchased knives, EDC and camping items from CEK for over 6 years, and never had a problem!
If your unsure of the availability of a listed item, it's as simple as sending an email. I've always received an answer, in a respectable time frame. Answers have always been "short and straight to the point".
Prices, well, try doing a currency conversion from AU$ into US$ then add postage through DHL from outside Australia, and then tell me CEK is expensive!
Prices have always been... Respectable, in my opinion!

Cutting Edge Knives has the best range in Australia- yes sometimes a little slower than others with their shipping - but they do state this in their shipping terms... but I have always got what I ordered and for a great price!
Made an order with these guys (2 knives). They didn't have one of the advertised knives, so I cancelled the order. It was too expensive for one knife and postage - postage was cheaper with the 2 knives. They directed me to terms and conditions and told me I would lose 30% of what I paid for the knife that they did have. This was for restocking fee. According to their terms and conditions, restocking fee is for returned items, but nothing had been sent yet. Researched "restocking fee" online, and it is always for returned items. Got back to them with this information and they're still charging me the 30%. I would also say, initially I just contacted them to confirm if they had received payment and what was happening with the order. They abruptly told me to read their terms and conditions - the same ones that they ignored. All correspondence with them was pretty poor (curt and rude) and left a bad feeling, something I try to avoid.
Do not buy from these guys all items marked as in Stock but nothing is. Purchased from them to get item quickly only to wait weeks while the ordered items in.
Many other good stores to buy from give these guys a miss
