I ordered 5-6 maternity dresses OVER one month ago and have not received my order or any updates on my order. I requested a refund today.
I spent over $100 and waited over a month for delivery. I had ordered a bridesmaid dress, a dress for my gender reveal, a casual dress, and a sweater. NOT A SINGLE ITEM CAME IN AS LISTED. The gender reveal dress was a large instead of a small. The rest of the items were actually a COMPLETELY different product than I ordered. I was SOL for both the bridesmaid dress and the gender reveal dress and had to find last minute replacements. 14 days later, I am still going back and forth with their "customer service" to get a refund. Thankfully I paid with PayPal and can get my money back through them if this does not get resolved.
The dresses came like 4 weeks later, and they look nothing like the website photos. Tried to return and they told me i need to make it work. Then emailed me back and said to return the items to a Jimmy with no last name. Yeah no thanks. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
Order took 5 weeks to get to me and fit is so poor and looks nothing like the pictures. Asked to return and told that I could pay 60% for the item to get another size sent to me. Don't buy from this website. Also deceptive because I was told I was shopping using AUD currency but it was US dollars so got charged more than quoted. Big scam!
After using the website to order my maternity dress, which still hasn't come. Everything of mine was hacked, Facebook, email, credit card, etsy account and amazon account. I emailed them multiple times and nothing
The clothing is extremely poor quality and the sizing is not anywhere close to accurate. Any attempt to return the items for a refund is futile. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE! It is a huge scam!
Terrible site! Paid expedited shipping and took weeks to get only some of my items *( still waiting...). They are SO POORLY fabricated and stitched I threw away 2 items because customer service won't email you back! Save your time, money and a headache and find somewhere else to shop.
I am still waiting to get my maternity dress (it's been now 5 weeks). I've tried multiple times to contact the company but never hear anything back. As a result I missed wearing my dress to my baby shower and wasted my money. I'm going to make a formal complaint soon if I don't hear back from them soon. But what's the point - I am giving birth in 2 weeks so won't be able to wear the dress anyway! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Use Iconic instead.
Bought three maternity jumpsuits. They were neither maternity nor did they look like the website photos. Horrible fabric. Do not buy! Total scam!
Poor quality, definitely did not look like the clothes advertised. I knew they may be off a bit but their return policy seemed legit. When one of the items completely was see through and did not fit I tried to return - their 'captcha' or the 'i'm not a robot' kept saying my answers were invalid. Even though I can definitely see the letters. I emailed them, no response. Will be disputing with visa.
Purchased two dresses that were advertised as maternity. Neither were maternity dresses and there has been no response back from their customer service for two months. I wish I would have read the reviews first, as I am in agreement with all of them.
It really is a scan, bad quality and non-fitting clothes. They will not give you the return address, keep sending reply- emails with offering gift coupons; I do not want your coupon! I will try next to get my money back through PayPal.
All the other reviews are correct. This was the first set of maternity dresses I brought to try and look a little pretty and it was just embarrassing. Don't buy
Order many items on website before my babymoon. Items came 7weeks later. Now I'm trying to return items. You have to submit a request for customer service to call you. You can't return swimwear, its final sale. Material looks and feels horrible. I don't think this company will be calling me to discuss my return. They only give you 30days for return.
This site should be shut down. Their merchandise is not actually maternity, looks nothing like what is pictured on their website, and is of horrible quality. Their website states they accept returns if you're not happy with your purchase, but they neglect to mention that you have to pay return shipping to China and it'll likely cost more than your order. STAY AWAY.
SCAM DO BOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE OR PRETTY YOURS THEY ARE ONE IN THE SAME. Paid $20 for express shipping 8/5 still have not received all products it is 9/4. They do not return emails. Way to scam pregnant women. Hope karma comes for you.
Receives half my order and the material is cheap and horrible doesnt look anything like the website pictures
Material is cheap and outfits are made for someone 5'0 tall. I'm 5'8 and can't even get them over my shoulders. Waste of money. Tried to return sent multiple emails to get a return form and still haven't heard anything. Won't order off Instagram sites again that's for sure.
I ordered my items 6 weeks ago, spent $190US. Emailed them 7 times and no response.
Do not order from them, it is a scam!
Their contact details don't exist, no phone number, emails don't work and they've just changed their new name to Cutevana so be careful!
