Experience was awesome until the quality of work diminished substantially. Allow ample time for re-writings in case you're dissatisfied with results. The 1 time I requested a refund because even the revision was substandard, I was rudely denied by an evaluator. They've subsequently tried to make amends but my grade did suffer.

My experience was good. I had issues with a few writers not understanding the assignments and using English as a first language. Meaning, when I read some of the papers they did not read as if they were from a native-speaking person.
