It comes in handy many times, but the quality is sometimes not up to the standard. Sometimes payment can't go through, but using Apple Pay does the job. The order is often delayed as the writer needs more time than what they promise to deliver especially for 8 hours or 24 hours orders. However, it is a good overall experience so far. The support team is often responsive and able to address the problem to the writer quite well.
