Overall, only writers in top categories are suitable for writing tasks. Otherwise, most writers' English and writing skills are very awkward and inappropriate for contemporary English. Also, it is usually hard to see significant changes even after revision. Most importantly, I emphasized this many times, but I feel that communication with writers rarely happens. Since writers worked from scratch, clients need to hear from writers how they outlined the work. I strongly suggest that you should provide chat window to chat between writers and clients directly.
