I ordered a personalised wallet and the company created it and dispatched very quickly. Unfortunately the delivery company in the uk lost it! Customer support were great, responded quickly and once (after a week of the delivery company not replying etc!) we had confirmation it was lost they sent a replacement straight away. It was delivered with a different company! The wallet is lovely, very expensive looking and the engravings are perfect although hard to see in some lights.
Purchased a wallet for my son and I love it. They did an awesome job with it. I look forward to purchasing more products in the future from them.
