It was easy to make my design on online, both from a computer and my phone. However, I tried to tweak the design to make an adult shirt and kid shirts, but I was not able to add different products to my cart or mix and match products easily. I would have ordered more, but it was too frustrating. I instead just ordered the toddler size shirts.

I had a great experience with Custom Ink. The group order form allowing each person to choose their size & pay individually was such a stress reliever for me: Not having to chase anyone for payment. The product is everything I envisioned. Thank you for making it so simple.

I've always thought you had great customer services. Please don't ever start to slack in that area.

The products I received were wonderful and wonderfully packaged. For $13, I would expect the quality of material of the baseball tee to be a little better, but the product was great overall.

I had to pay extra for them to come together the two items To be together and they didn't come together I get the other one today on Monday I got the other one last Friday that's OK but I paid extra to have them sent together I'd appreciate any feedback

As usual a great job by CustomInk. I actually ordered and then realized I needed another shirt, contacted customer service and they updated my order immediately and all shirts arrived together. Best customer service around.

The printing looked good, but the shirt quality was horrible. Very disappointed. I paid $35 for shirt that is worse quality than one you would find at Walmart. Now, I'm generally not a picky person when it comes to this stuff, but when I'm not going to end up wearing the shirt it was a big waste of time and money.

Awesome website! Super easy to use and lots of options for text and images. Images printed great on the shirt and weren't stiff like screen printed shirts I've gotten in the past.
