My experience was good. Just was thinking the logo was going to be a little bigger and fit the shirt dimensionally.
I love Custom Ink. They do wonderful work and are very conscientious about providing a great experience for their customers. This particular purchase was a one-off, and the quality is excellent. I'm very pleased and will certainly use them again if I have an opportunity!
Overall, this was a very positive experience. It was easy to do and I think the shirts turned out nicely. My only "complaint", per say, would be cost, but it is custom t-shirts. Taking that into consideration, I'm pleased with the product and the service. Thank you!

Honestly, I haven't had customer service this good in a long time... if ever! We had to rush our order and had a very specific design that involved a math equation. CustomInk exceeded our expectations and I was really pleased with the final product. I will definitely be using CustomInk again and will highly recommend them!

The only issue I have is with the quality of the printed Logo on front of shirt. I do understand that what a person uploads is what is used, and when enlarging resolution any imperfections are going to be noticed, but where I am a bit disappointed is that there doesn't seem to be any QA checking. When using our logo on any other print, there is no imperfections, but it appears maybe that when enlarged to this size there are some which we were unaware of. I feel this is something that should have been caught by QA and communicated to us so we could have corrected it and resent beforehand. At the cost charged, I would expect something like this to be handled. If I paid a kid in his garage $10 for the shirt I wouldn't expect it, but you guys should be on top of this...

My overall experience with customer service (Sophia) was excellent, the product, however, was super disappointing. I will not be able to do the fund-raiser as I had hoped. I had a feeling that I may not like the T-shirt that was recommended by your team so I looked for another on the website several times but was unable to locate what I hoped to find, but since voicing my complaint about the quality of the t-shirt by email to Sophia someone from customer service sent me a nicer quality option but it's too late...
