I bought their cotton face masks, and mine are very comfortable, easy to put on and to wear. Because they are stretchable cotton, they fit well and my face doesn't sweat underneath the covered area. Great product at an affordable price!
Ordered their 120 pack of face mask. I would not dare hand these out since they are without a doubt the cheapest item I have ever seen. No ear straps and make from material that is again the cheapest thing possible. They are not large enough for adequately cover nose and mouth. I will NEVER order from this company again!
I bought the bulk pack of cloth masks. 12/$30. Not worth $3. They don't retain their shape and they tightly roll up when laundered. They claim they easily regain their shape once you put it on. Nope. I had to iron it for several minutes to get it to stop curling.
Not to be all negative... they are soft and comfortable. But way to expensive for what you get.

Wow, keep your money. The black masks are strechy and see through. Its like sheer panty hose. What a waste of money. Anyone could make a copy cat to their masks but make them better quality. Don't waste your money.

I bought these masks recently (a set of 12), and soon after ordering I began finding a whole lot of negative (read: terrible) reviews about these masks. But you know how it happens to everyone else, but you can never get conned! So I waited hoping the folks who wrote those reviews were just too demanding, or had simply very high expectations. And then I received them the other day. My first reaction was just amazement that a well-known brand (at least relatively speaking) had decided that this was a reasonable mask that could be sold. Wow! Really?! I then immediately went back to the website to see the descriptions. Maybe they cheated me? But no, not technically! Their description is actually quite accurate. I am sure they have good marketing folks and good lawyers who read these things. No they did not technically cheat. I was too stupid to not bother to actually read between the lines (that by the way, is the price of trust these days!), and perhaps too eager to find a mask that my family and I could wear about in these scary and uncertain times. And perhaps too naive to think a well-known brand would obviously make decent stuff. So you see, you don't realize it till you actually see these masks. One word to describe them, honestly: Rip-off!
Here's what I would recommend you do instead - those of you all who have not yet wasted your money on these - take an old t-shirt, lay it flat, trace the shape of a mask, cut it along those lines, and make a vertical slit each on both ends (which can then be pulled around your ears when you wear them). You now have exactly the same 'mask' - for no cost and possibly in a design you might like, and depending on the quality of your old t-shirt material quite possibly a better mask. The best part of doing this is that you have saved your money too in the process. Good luck!
Oh, I must mention also, that like me, I would venture to guess, most folks who bought these 'masks' are left with a bad taste in their mouths, and like me, would always steer clear of this brand. Good long-term brand building strategy, Custom Ink! I hope your short-term profits are worth it! Way to go!

"Masks" are terrible, I can't believe they thought this was okay to sell - and at a premium! I thought I was getting a mask with ear straps, not sliced up fabric! I just received my order, both my husband and I were shocked. You might as well take the thinnest t shirt you have and cut it in this shape. Crazy!

CustomLink's main business is customized apparel and other branded promotional materials. They offered a "Basic Cloth Face Mask" in a 12-count family pack for $30. The website shows what looks to be a quality mask that covers the entire lower face of an adult male model. But what you get is a single-ply, unhemmed (and therefore will curl too much when stretched), and entirely ineffective and unsuitable mask that is WAY too short in height and barely wide enough for an adult's ears. They look nothing like the website shows. Their one redeeming quality is that they arrived very quickly after placing the order. Too bad my family can't use them.

Unbelievable! I ordered 120 masks for $240 for my office. Solid black, t-shirt material. What did I expect for $2 a mask? Obviously I didn't have high expectations and still this product was horribly overpriced and I am extremely disappointed. This material was thin even for a cheap t-shirt, and I seriously doubt any will survive a single wash. A company that would gouge or take advantage of this situation shouldn't survive after this is all over. I am appalled.

DONT BUY. Think of the cheapest t-shirt you have then, you rip it and put it around your mouth and nose. This is equal to the masks I bought for 40.00. Very dissatisfied.

This Company is a Joke. They are on this trip to become a billion dollar company, and in doing so has let their standard drop.
Firing employees who knew the job and how to produce quality, to bringing new managers to departments they had no idea on how to even do the job.
They don't even follow their own employee manuals. They enjoy firing one person on the basis of the word from known liars. Glad the state where this happens found Customink to have wrongfully terminated the employee.
Now they are facing a lawsuit, and can't even reply to emails or phone calls can't wait to sign the check. Thanks Customfink!
I've ordered several items from Custom Ink and have had great customer service and the products where high quality. I've ordered for business and personal events.
I called them the day after my order, because I made a mistake in the order and I wanted to change it. Instead of fan' I made a typo and wrote fun'. They said it's already in the print, which is not true. I emailed them so many times but they never returned my emails. We received a typo T-shirt for my husbands birthday, with the first word of our son, but it's garbage because sizes also run so big. Terrible experience.
Had placed an order and they forgot it. When confronted they could not find it and could not issue a refund. Stay away.
For the last two years I have received that you for your order text messages from Custom Ink for orders I HAVE NOT PLACED. I fear that I'm going to be send I bill for an order I did not place.
Ive ordered 8 printed shirts from Customink since 2013 and never left a negative review.
I Layed out the designs using the online website. Since day one they have changed the layout on me. Not once Have I gotten the shirt in the picture I ordered. And they look bad. Off center. The design is moved all over the place. Like the the person doing the printing is either blind, or completely inexperienced at screening shirts.
Then the routine starts. Call up their wonderful vaunted customer service, and it is an amazing customer service. 1500 employees spread out over a dozen offices around the country. Completely disconnected in terms of vision, quality, and product.
They offer free replacements, I spend more time taking pics and sending exact placement measurments for print. Then they send more misprinted shirts. I have a large box of misprinted shirts!
At issue here is communication and quality controll. They do not have this at Customink.
Its all a Facade.
My sister order Memorial shirts in honor of my nephew. After paying extra $$$ for a rush order along with a speedy delivery, we still have NO shirts. What makes matters worst no one called her to inform her that they were not ready. She called them inquiring about her order and was then told that they ran out of materials and could not complete her rush order. So here we are ready this event with NO shirts.
