Design was great and exactly what I wanted, but the shirt was horrible. Gildan Ultra Cotton shirt ran at least one full size too small and was not soft at all. Very stiff, rough feeling shirt. Wish the descriptions on the shirts were more realistic, but I cannot complain about custom ink at all, it's not their fault that the Gildan product was not as described.
The ease of the website was great. Customer service was superb. Maybe more experienced representatives as far as how the design would be positioned on the wearer.

Customer service was very quick to respond and the shirts were delivered almost a week ahead of schedule. We were also updated quite frequently with their status. I would definitely order again and recommend. Very happy!

Found you guys by a Google search. Had used another online screen printer previously and found their prices and selections to be expensive and lacking! Checked you guys out and the selection was quite diverse. Saw the group order feature and I ended up changing my goals because of that. I was going to just pick one style and order a number as these are company shirts. That group order feature allowed me to let my people pick their own style. I did use your customer service several times... one was through the online chat on a Saturday evening, the other on the phone when I placed the order. On both occasions the reps were thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. I truly have been pleased with the whole experience and will certainly use you guys again if the quality, value and selection remain.
Trying to order on line for what I wanted proved difficult but when I called, The lady brought everything up on the screen and I was able to find what I wanted. The only negative was that the item was a bit pricey. I hope the shirt does not fade over time.
