The Website is easy to navigate. Customer service was good and called with recommended changes before printing. However, the actual screen printing on the shirt is not that great. Some images are off center, some aren't straight and some overlap the seams on the pocket. Definitely not something I would be proud to sell to a client. Very disappointed in the screen printing.
Custom ink was great. I wish I had more information on the mast itself before creating the custom ones.

Before starting my project there was some hesitation, as I worried no one could totally bring my idea to life. True life as I envisioned, and that would tell my story. It is very important to use a U.S. based company for a faster turn-around time. Other important reasons are Customer Service, pricing, and knowledgeable Reps. As I spoke with Custom Ink's Rep, I was instantly impressed with the level of expertise. I was not only impressed, but felt assured my order would receive special attention. Since this would be my first order, I wanted to test item before completing a larger order. The result was amazing. I'm very pleased with results. I know too that my clients will be as pleased.
