The correspondence with Custom Ink was great! I was glad that I was able to pre-approve and sign off on the design before it went to print. I had a nice chat on the phone with your rep and she was very accommodating when I asked if the lettering could stay in its handcrafted state. She understood and reassured me that it was no problem to keep that part of my design unchanged.

As mentioned in the previous comment, the only concern I have is the ink, very low. As for the rest I have no complaints, good packaging, good website, unfortunately I expected something much better in terms of printing.

Website was very easy to maneuver. The design lab was very easy to use to design the screen printing.

I think the minimal number of mask you can purchase... should be lower!
