I was well pleased with everything pertaining to this order.

It was easy to design the shirt on the website. Order was shipped and received earlier than expected. Will always use custom link.

The site was great and overall experience was good. The only problem was the shirts being a bit small per size.

All I can say is thanks to you we made an old man happy and prouder of who he is.

Loved the shirts I designed & received from Custom Ink. They were exactly as I ordered, came nicely packaged, and I can't wait for my daughter and her friends to see them during her sweet sixteen celebration!

The site is easy to use, and when I made mistakes on the design, they were there to fix it for me. They contacted me by email and I worked with them to make sure the design was right and how I wanted it to look.

Great customer service, and support during the entire order process. However the finished product did not look like proof we approved. The blue color of our logo did not register correctly.

The design process for me creating just what I wanted was very easy. I liked the ability to choose from a wide variety of pictures, fonts, designs, and wording. To add to my satisfaction, when I asked if other people could order the same T-shirt, I was sent a hyperlink people could go to. I will definitely recommend Custom Ink to others.

Very excellent! I would definitely reuse the final design I've received to order more shirts for later when I can afford and to order one so it can be done in digital printing rather than screen printing to compare the difference and see what I like!

You communicated where the order was in each step of the process. You assured me that everything would get checked from spelling to design. And the product was amazing! Yes - it exceeded my expectations! And it arrived before the deadline! Yay!

Everything went well. One thing I'd like to add, the size of the square on the design part is kind of deceiving on how big or small the design should be. I believe as a designer, there should be some sort of identifier front pocket to show how the design looks in different sizes.
