Very easy to use in terms of customization. Wish there were more shirt brands to choose from. Preferably some of the softer variety.
Love the experience of choosing the design. It is SO helpful to have various designs to choose from, instead of having to try to come up with an idea. Just wish there were a point in the ordering process to alert the customer that certain colors require minimum orders. I got to the pricing step only to learn that I had to go back and change the color of shirt. Luckily, I kept the print in same color, but I may have been required to go back to the beginning to change the print color. Would have been nice to start the process knowing what color I could choose when ordering only one, instead of waiting until approximately step 4.
I cannot give enough high regards for Custom Ink. Every level of my transaction, from ease of use of the website, to shipping time, to order status updates, to the finished product itself, FAR exceeded my expectations. OUTSTANDING JOB! Thank you!

The website is easy to use in designing a shirt. I used my own art files and uploaded them onto the shirt. A nice feature is also the center line that shows you when a design is centered. The printed results turned out great!

This is my second experience with Custom Ink. The website is very intuitive and easy to use. It took no time at all to take my home-made shirt design and translate it with the images and fonts provided. When I needed assistance with sizing my design for the kids' shirts, the chat feature worked perfectly as they were able to make the necessary changes. My expectations have been exceeded again! Excellent products and service! Thank you.
The staff is what makes the difference here. It's people working with people to overcome whatever issues or explain whatever is needed to get the best product you can. They do this better than anybody. Our experience each time we have ordered from custom ink has been fabulous. Our logo, the colors, and the shirt material itself all look fantastic.

First rate service. I'd designed a logo ball cap but with artwork which wouldn't render well embroidered at the size it needed to be. With little fuss CustomInk proposed an alternative and a few days later I had the caps and they are just what I wanted.

Overall pretty good. I was told it would take two weeks for my shirt to be delivered and I recurved an email not even 24 hours later that it had shipped and two days later it was in my mailbox already. The shirt was a bit smaller than I expected though.
