I had an absolutely exceptional experience with both the custom ink product and the custom ink customer support team. I received several emails over the course of time between my order and my delivery. The staff member, Sam, was very determined to ensure that my design would come out exactly as I wanted, and made sure I was very informed about the timeline of my clothing's production. I was very touched that Sam reached out to describe an issue the printing team was having and helped me fix the original image to ensure I would be receiving a product that would be perfect. Because of his assistance I am an extremely happy customer and I cannot wait to return.
Designing and ordering the product was easy and the artwork looks just as I expected but the hanes tagless t-shirt is too tight and doesn't fit. The tagless t-shirt fits more like an undershirt.
The hardest part was that I got the design confused while figuring out what shirt to use. Everything else fell into place and I love my shirts!
