Process is always great with Custom Ink but the shirts were just way too big so that was a disappointment since we'll need to order more to get people a size they can wear.
The only real hitch was that when checking the tracker, it said waiting for printing almost the entire time, until I emailed and asked around the 15th. The response was quick and helpful. Everything got here on time.

I ordered a shirt to wear on Father's Day. When I placed the order it said it wasn't going to come until after Father's Day. I messaged the customer team and was told that they would make sure it got there before Father's Day. Well sure enough it did! I got it Friday. I will be ordering more because I value good customer service.
I had requested black letters in error. You had sent an email saying you would fix so I let it go. But the black letters really should have been a different color. Probably my fault. Would have been awesome if you just corrected. But I still love my shirt
Everyone involved int eh process from the caring person who took my call through the actual delivery of product. You all went what we have ever had to do in our 10 years of being your customer. The fact that with the state of the world you were able to ship reasonably X inexpensively to all of my staff wherever they were and they all receive their T-shirts on time for our first virtual event. I think you so much for continuing to be reliable and accountable and really super good!
Very pleased with customer service. Arrived on time as promised. Quality work. Just wish the 50/50 blend shirt was of better quality. Screen printing looks great. See how it does after Some washes.
3 I rate the shirt itself as the highest priority, followed by the print, so the two most important categories are where you fell short. IF I ever did this again I would order a Large. I would recommend people to order larger than what they normally do. About the ink... just not sure. Another negative was that I really wanted light pink, going for that contrast, but I would have had to pay more. I think the shirt should have been available at the same price for all colors. I am not sure that I would order again, but since you don't give any choices other than "yes" and "no", I picked yes. Really, I am not sure. If I could customize online with another company, I would try them first.
