Prices are Great

The prices were great, if you want quality clothes for low prices and you don't mind waiting a week or two to save some money then it is totally worth it. I would definitely buy from them again. For me waiting for the items is not a big deal.

I love Cupshe!! I also bought a dress to wear on my brother's wedding from Cupshe!. It was beautiful, made well, i used the sizing chart and it fit perfect!! I received so many compliments from my friends and even they wanted to buy from Cupshe. Cupshe is definitely a star quality store.

I ordered 2 swimsuits on July 11 but I haven't received anything by today (August 1). It says shipping takes about 9 days so I waited and gave them some extra time. Emailed them and was asked to wait a few more days. I kept waiting for 5 more days but still haven't got anything. Emailed them again and they blamed it for the shipping carrier. I know it's the shipping carrier's fault but they could've worked with FedEx to figure out where customer's order is *Smh*. I politely asked for a refund but seem that they don't wanna give a refund. At this point, I think I lost my money :| Wish I could give them 0 stars :|

Warning: DO. NOT. EVER buy anything from cupshe.com! I purchased a couple dresses, they lost my package and only informed me of this AFTER i contacted them asking where my product was. Then they told me they'd refund me but it's been 4 months and my bank confirmed that they never refunded me. They then went on to tell me I'm lieing about it and they did refund me

I knew there was a chance that for the low prices, the suits may not be great. I was actually pleasantly surprised with the quality of the suit, although it took over 2 weeks to arrive, which was crazy. The issue came when one did not fit and I provided all information to initiate an exchange. I would have gladly swapped for the same suit in a larger size, and likely purchased more suits from them in the future. Instead I was told that I could not return or exchange the item. I understand if that's the policy, but I politely asked if they would consider it as a first time customer and someone who would purchase again. I did not receive a response for 3 days, so I tried again. I received an email saying I now could get a partial refund without having to return the suit, or I could get a partial credit for a new one. I opted for the partial refund because I was frustrated at this point. THEN I was told again that actually it's a sale item, I can't get a refund or credit. So again, I tried to contact someone to clarify. At this point I was getting emails from two people with mixed messages that hardly made sense. All of them start with "sincerely apologize for the inconvenience," so I don't know if they are automated or what, but there is ZERO attention to requests or questions. They are horrible and ended up denying any option after saying they would! They said "Our mistake." Sorry, if you made a mistake in pricing or return policy, you have to stand by it. We're only talking about $10 and your company could have had a customer who would spend much more with you. I asked if I could talk with a manager to clarify, and it has now been 5 days with no response. The courtesy of an answer would be nice. BEWARE. They are horrendous.

CUPSHE IS A SCAM!

I wish I could give 0 stars. Cupshe is the worst excuse for a business I've ever experienced. They are Chinese scammers who have crappy products and use fake photos to advertise their swim suits. They're whole business model is to entice you with cheap swim suits and then they do not fit and you cannot return them. That is IF you even receive your swim suit. I ordered one, they offered me the credit to get a new one because they would not give a refund, and then the new one I ordered never arrived! HORRIBLE. This is they type of business that we need to keep out of America.

My suit did not fit. They would not let me return it. Instead they offered me a 50% refund or 80%credit to exchange. Umm no. I don't want the suit. It doesn't fit. This is ridiculous.

I was very skeptical when ordering the bathing suit I ordered. I read reviews before placing my order and my mind was telling me not to do it because there was so many bad reviews but my gut said go for it. I figured if it didn't fit I could try to return it, if it became too much of a hassle I could sell it on my own or if it was bad quality I could again try to return it or be out 26$ which wouldn't be the end of the world. So I went for it and I am so happy I did! I was nervous opening the package especially because no bathing suits ever fit me (I am a 34DD) and not huge on all the cleavage and what not, especially around my fiancé grandparents. The bathing suit fits very well, I also never ever expected the bottoms to fit and didn't even plan to wear them, just wanted the top but the bottoms ended up fitting also. So after all I give them a 5 star for the product and shipping, that might all change if I need to ever return anything so we will see.

I bought a swim suit and after 3 weeks it still did not ship. Although the money was out of my account immediately. I contacted them about it and they said my shipment was lost. They will only give me a store credit not my money back. Also told me they couldn't send me it again cause it's not out of stock. That is not true considering I can re buy it online. After losing my package, lying to me, and now won't return my money for a item I did not receive. Never buy!

I'm always VERY cautious when it comes to these 'too good to be true' websites where you can buy an entire bikini set for $10 with free shipping etc. To be safe I only purchased one bikini to begin with, it took 6 days to get here & I was able to track my package the entire time. When it came in I was very nervous since I had read so many negative reviews about receiving the wrong product, wrong size, poor quality, etc. I did make the mistake of ordering the wrong size and didn't notice until after I had already purchased it but when I sent an email asking to exchange for a different size right after I purchased it I was informed that since it was a clearance item there are no returns or exchanges allowed. So I went through with the size I had mistakenly ordered (which was an XXL) keep in mind I always wear a Large when it comes bikinis. So when I received my package I was nervous about how big it was going to be and that it wouldn't fit but I gave it the benefit of the doubt and tried it on and it fit perfectly! The sizing is WAY off. So maybe order a few sizes bigger. The quality isn't awful, but it's also not top of the line either compared to what you would get from Victoria's Secret. But keep in mind you get what you pay for, I think I definitely got an awesome deal for $10! I was very pleased and love my bikini! Will order again!

I received my Order of 3 swim suits/bikinis and have not used or washed any of the items I ordered. I want to return all of it - the sizing is off, the material is flimsy and now I understand why they're such 'a good deal' price-wise.

I am being offered a 50% refund and I can keep all of it - Oh YAY! I love paying for ill-fitting poorly constructed products, I mean they're basically on sale! NOT.

OR...

I can get an 80% refund if I ship the items back. LIKE WHERE DID THAT NUMBER COME FROM? Isn't it best practice, or dare I say, normal, to give a full refund to a paying customer who hasn't worn, used or washed the items?

There is nowhere on their website that says they only offer PARTIAL refunds especially on unused, ill-fitting, poorly-fabricated/constructed products?

Honestly, I just want a refund, and if that's not an option, I'm more than happy to spread the word on what a terrible company Cupshe is - and word travels fast these days... Thanks social media :)

I ordered 2 suits... which did not fit my daughters... Return policy states 30 days - now they are offering me a 50% refund... or a store credit... They do not even publish a phone number for you to call - horrible customer service and policy...
How can they even operate like this? I will be reporting them to BBB. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company... SCAM

TERRIBLE!

I heard about cupshe through multiple friends. They told me that the swimsuits are cute and cheap! I was super excited so I bought a medium dark green one piece swimsuit for about $20 and when I got it in the mail it didn't fit right at all. (There was a sheer part in the middle that didnt cover 1/2 as much as it needed to!) I saw on their website that they had free returns so I tried to return the suit that I didn't want. Through an unreasonably long process, I was told that I couldn't get all of my money back. They could give me store credit or partial money back. I decided to do the store credit because I was also told that they wouldn't pay for shipping costs and I would loose even more money by sending it back. I went on their website and found a white floral romper that I could use for my upcoming vacation. I had to pay an extra $5 for the rest of the cost for the romper and I thought that I was getting a good deal. I recieved this romper in the mail and it was very sheer, too large, and cheaply made. There were strings that looked like they allowed you to gather or loosen but they were sewed on by only a few threads. I will DEFINITELY not be making future purchases at Cupshe.

Please believe me when I say do not order from Cupshe! With so many other retailers to choose from, don't succumb to this one - it is tempting because you see the cute swimwear on Pintrest and it is reasonable priced. I ordered 5 suits, paid express shipping and when received late, the inner bags had Chinese stamps - the items come from china and there is a middle-man distributor. I had to return 3 suits because they were not as pictured. Well, many emails exchanged, offers for 140% store credit, etc. it took an arm and a leg to get my money refunded. The customer service is terrible - they don't even make sense in emails and I repeatedly asked for a supervisor and never got one. I actually had to file a dispute with PayPal to resolve. I finally received my refund. Trust me, do your research before you buy!
