Cuddle Companions

Basically this is trash. T-R-A-S-H the thing about unethical, for profit cuddling platforms that prey on the lonliness epideimic effecting men is they are all trash, this one in particular though allows the most transgendered men to identify as cis gendered women. The website currently has about 100 professional cudders servicing the entire United States. So each cuddler gets about a, 250,000 square mile radius to work with, and out of the 100, all 100 were fat and ugly so thats unlucky.

I was harassed and stalked by a client and I finally had to block him on the site(I'm a professional cuddler) after telling him he wasn't respecting my boundaries and Cuddle Companions suspended MY account for me trying to protect myself against a man who was swearing at me for being LGBTQ and wouldn't stop texting and calling me and wouldn't ever pay me. The company didn't pay me my tip money either. They treat you like you are a prostitute. They won't let us leave reviews on clients so we can warn other cuddlers for safety reasons. They don't show how long the client has been on the site, they don't make them agree to rules like cuddle comfort does (I've been on that site for many years with five star reviews from many people and no problems).
This site is immoral and fraudulent. If you're a cuddler DON'T USE IT you won't be safe and they will try and make you less safe.

This site forces you to book through them so you can get in contact with the provider. You are to pay 40% of whatever service you choose. After that all the provider has to say is that they can't reach me or that they have been made to feel uncomfortable and thats that you lose your money no expectations. When you request a refund they just side with the provider and tell you to f off

I had a horrible experience with cuddling companion as well but i found a better site; the sites name is kuddler.org they have an app in the google playstore as well. They only take 20% from cuddlers and the money you pay gets held until the session is over so you dont have to worry about being scammed. If someone cancels whoever travels gets the travel fees. Sessions only start if both cuddler and client are in the same location. So far everything's fine. And they ask for id verification so they know who everybody is so no
Scamming.

A client paid a deposit of $72 that went to cuddle companions, the client cancelled to appointment after I'd driven way across town and refused to send travel fee, cuddle companions are refusing to compensate me anything claiming they don't know what happened when I have the full text message conversation. I say go with another site that not gonna rip you off

Platform has 2 unfair and unsafe policies. #1 Take 40% of fee (under $500) and worse - #2 the deposit goes directly to the company, so you are expected to show up to cuddle with ZERO compensation and collect it face to face. Bizarrely insists on a 2 hour MINIMUM and pushes you to go for multiple hour sessions. Really a platonic escort service (how is that a business plan?) and not a good cuddling site. CuddleComfort only 15% and they collect after. Much safer.

Whoever the Kevin guy is works for their company. Do not spend a dime on that site.
They will set up fake profiles. Then once they get your deposit, they will ghost you and not give you a refund.

I joined the site and book a cuddler using paypal. The cuddler ended being a catfish, so I asked to use the deposit as a credit which CC honored that request. When I went to book another cuddler, the option to use paypal or my credit or debit care was taken away. When inquired to why I could not use paypal, they said that they had a problem with my paypal, which I know is not true because you just received a deposit from.my paypal. I then said I will use me credit or debit card and not paypal. CC responded no that is not a available and sent me instructions and detailed screenshots on how to use cashapp and bitcoins and said if you get stuck setting it up, I will help you, but couldn't assist with debit card or paypal payment. I said to them I have had bad experiences with those services and maybe you should consider removing debit card and paypal as an option if you are going to force people to use cashapp and bitcoins, within 1 minute they suspended my account of course without returning my deposit. They are not even trying to hide or be discreet with the scam they are running.

I wish I could leave 0 stars! The cuddlers get none of the 40% deposit! Cuddler makes 108$ out of 180$ and that's the minimum they're allowed to charge. I don't understand how it's even fair or profitable for the cuddlers who do all the work all the site does is provide booking. The cuddlers don't even get 100% of they're tips through the website. I mean if a restraunt tried to do that to servers and bartenders there would be an uproar! Booking is not always a smooth process. And getting a refund is harder than it should be. I've been told previously that a cuddler would need to be fired in order to receive a refund. This site doesn't have a phone number so you have to wait for them to respond at they're leisure. The site is so tightly moderated. It makes communication very uncomfortable.

I am putting 5 stars because I think they deserve a bit of an offset. The site has been around for a long time and for my personal experience it's been a hit or miss. I've had 1 great cuddler(that I still continue to see), 2 that I didn't gel well with, and 1 case of scam. The scammer requested a payment before meeting and when I reported her I was able get my money back. Your mileage may vary, but I would argue that the site does not make any huge false claims.

Once you pay your 40% they will not give you back your money. I booked someone who then raised the price after I booker her and added on a travel fee to be sent to her in advance. Since we didnt reach agreement and never had an appointment, I asked for my money back and was given multiple hurdles to overcome, including sending a copy of all of my text messages. I was told she would need to be fired in order for me to get my money back and other hurdles. Why not ask her for a copy of the text messages, she works for you - because they try to make it not worth your time and effort. The owner does everything they can to keep your deposit no matter what. They can not be trusted. I finally charged back on my credit card to get the refund. Commissions too high, integrity too low. Girls on the site get sacked for such high commissions that they raise their prices much higher than other sites that are legit like cuddlecomfort.com

This is the worst website you can sign up for, for cuddling first they take 40% that's robbery and stealing on other websites like cuddle comfort they only take 15% and it has way more serious non creepy people on it and more active people because everyone knows this website is a scam. I also blocked someone because they wanted to violate the terms of cuddle companions BUT cuddle companions are insisting I see him even though he never placed a deposit etc and then when I blocked him they sent me his number … after me getting constantly warned about sharing contact into before he places a deposit. The website broke it own rule trying to make me uncomfortable! DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS WEBSITE

I've been speaking to a professional cuddler on this site for about a month. She isn't usually available on Sundays and I asked her to message me when she was. This past Saturday she told me she would be available Sunday evening. Early Sunday morning about 5:00 or 6:00 a.m. I paid the required 40% deposit to be able to access an appointment with her. This means I would be able to personally talk to her off of the website. I paid the company (they required 40%) and so it was removed from my checking account via cash app. I proceeded to give her the contact information and the hotel location that we would be staying at on Sunday evening. Moments later I received an email from the company saying that I violated the terms of service. I emailed them back explaining that I had set up the appointment and paid my 40% and now I would like to schedule the location with the cuddler. The woman emailed me back saying I did not pay the 40% and I would have to go back to schedule an appointment. I sent her a copy of my bank statement showing the money being removed by her company. I got no replies for several hours. 26 hours later the following morning on a Monday I got the reply saying that my appointment will be approved. This was meaningless because I already booked the hotel room and the appointment was for the previous day 15 hours ago. So now I'm out my 40% deposit as well as a hotel room that I was unable to use because it's non-refundable. If that's not a scam I don't know what is. They basically took money from me for a service that was never rendered. And now they want me to set up a cuddle appointment with her during my work week when I'm not available. You cannot find an address for this company or any phone number. So you are basically at the mercy of someone emailing you back at their leisure. Not a professional organization at all.
