Hostile environnement

The Francophonie here is a very toxic and hostile environment (systemic racism), and it has been going on for so long, a lot of microaggressions, intimidation, and gaslighting. There are a lot of people who have testified about the discrimination they're experiencing in some of your institutions, and the CSF is not doing anything about it.
