We had a two bedroom apartment. The person who admitted us, Paulo Sacramento, was very unpleasant. Said as much as 'I am not your servant' when we asked to heat the apt more. Heating in one room didn't work at all. After 4 days a plumber arrived and fixed (thank you Anita - you were very nice). The hot water was not working properly, when we said to Paulo there is not hot water he said there IS hot water. 1 minute into a warm shower the water would get freezing for a minute and then warm again. When I emailed Paulo about this un-acceptable situation he got really upset and unpleasant.
Had we been met by a nice person who explained the quirks of the place nicely we would have enjoyed it better.
