Good experience. Ordered a replacement cover. THis one is cheaper fabric and no straps to hold it in place.

Customer Services was awesome!

I always appreciate customer service at Crystal. We're sad the lexan skegs are going away and it means we'll have to buy replacement skegs from Amazon because the standard ones are too easily broken. I've even had one fall off during a kayak trip. Also, please look into selling a 'deluxe' kayak seat. One with a thicker padding for your bottom. These things will keep me ordering for Crystal rather than going elsewhere.
