Prepare for a runaround
November 24, 2020

I got ran around for about 3 months trying to get a refund from them due to them sending my package to the wrong address and after then finally returning my money they took the shipping fee although the package just got returned to them. Also don't use Apple Pay with this site because Apple won't help you if things go wrong

The clothes they have is extremely cute. Sometimes products arrive damaged. They will make fake promises through email; I'm surprised no one sued yet. Overall need better customer service. The brand have no morals in helping customers. Which is pretty disappointing because the website literally tries to promote positive lifestyles.

They have cute clothes but the company itself is just terrible. You will literally never get a response and when they do, they make false promises. I have been a returning customer that spent $1000+ on them. They will not treat you different. This company only cares about money. Do not support Crybaby.

I ordered a pair of jeans that had a 30% off deal. I then paid $7.50, so my card was charged $48.10. The jeans were very high waisted, so even though they were my size they didn't fit great. I returned them, expecting to be charged another $7.50 in shipping, for a return credit of $40.60. Instead I got about $17! They told me because I had a discount applied, they took it back? Does that make any sense? So they essentially make money off your order but refuse to call it a resocking fee. Also, pants never worn, tags still on. I'm filing a BBB Complaint as well. Rip off!

BUYER BEWARE!

I bought a pair of tall jeans. They increased the leg length but not the waist so they won't fit at all. I returned but they only refunded me half. BS.

An okay brand

I've ordered many clothes from this store and one they are all over priced as hell, if you are tall the jeans WILL NOT fit like shown and the women who runs it Esma won't let you comment a true review without deleting it. She wants to look better than the brand actually is. She takes days to reply to emails and doesn't let you change sizes or give back a full refund. Overall, the shirts are cute but not worth the price (I have about 5 shirts, a dress and a pair of pants) so cry baby isn't the place to go.

Avoid

Refuse to take damaged items back. Refuse to give out address or phone number. Very very slow to return emails. Avoid this company if at all possible

This site popped up and I bought a couple of items. They were way too small. When I e-mailed the company, no response and finally had to issue a complaint through Paypal, which elicited a response. Initially, they stated that they do not accept international returns, which was not clear on their website and is now there, and when I returned the items, I asked for them to be exchanged for 1 size larger and instead they issued me a gift card, and the original price I paid for the items, had increased. I buy online a lot and the lack of response and me constantly having to follow up will not result in repeat business.
