Someone wasn't paying attention when they trimmed the gold plate as one of the corners is rounded off. Looks like they were trying to rush a little too fast.

Love the live chat section during business hours. Shipping was fast. Item was accurate. Only thing was that plaque was placed slightly crookedly on one of the trophies. It isnt noticeable unless you look close at it and not really noticeable otherwise and from a distant view. So it isnt too bad. However it would be nice if i could receive another one free of charge to be completely satisfied. Thank you!

Online assistance was excellent. Speed of production and mailing time was excellent. The resulting product was a little less substantial than I thought it would be; I thought I would be getting an engraved brass plate but it looks more like the letters were punched out of a plastic sheet and then attached to a very thin sheet of metal..
