I was not happy with my order this time as I explained earlier. The name plates were attached and I asked that they be not attached. I ordered 3 different types of trophies...2 of them were nice and of good quality one of them were very cheaply made and I was not happy with they way it looked especially compared the others. I was not very happy with the customer service person who basically told me she would re send the name plates and I would have to remove all of the ones attached (which were all of them) and them attach the new ones...she acted like it was no big deal, but now I have to wait for new name plates to arrive then take the time to remove the name plates and put on new ones...that is time consuming for me when they are the ones that made the mistake. She offered to take the 9 trophies back that I was not happy with "free of charge" if I pay up front to buy new more expensive ones then she would reemburse me when she recieved my "cheap looking" trophies minus the cost of the difference between the two. I was just not satisfied this time and I'm sad because I have used Crown Awards many times in the past and had a good experience.

Everything was good
The award was $8 and so was shipping. It seemed kind of expensive for shipping to be equal to the cost of the award.

This is my 6th year ordering track and field trophies for my track team. I always receive great customer service whether it be on the phone or web chat. I pay for the trophies myself and the prices are very affordable but the reaction from the kids is priceless.
