SHOPPING EXPERIENCE IS FINE, SIMPLE ENOUGH. I DON'T PARTICULARLY LIKE YOUR PRODUCTS BUT WHEN I NEED AWARDS QUICKLY YOU'RE ABOUT MY ONLY OPTION. I HATE THE STICK ON LASER ENGRAVED TAGS THAT I HAVE TO APPLY MYSELF. SUCH A PAIN AND FOR THE PRICE THEY COULD AT LEAST BE APPLIED TO THE MEDALS FOR ME.
There was a spelling error on the trophy I ordered for saying happy "retirment" Bill :( otherwise it was very cute

Make sure your products are all set to go before shipping. Check them over. If it doesn't look good, replace it. It's better than losing customers.
My anticipated delivery time was 10/14/17. I still have yet to receive the plaque so I couldn't fairly rate if I was please with the product I received. I do hope I received the product soon, for the $9.44 shipping charge fee I should have receive it by now. Your pricing is great, but when you add the shipping fee it cost more for shipping, the product was only a few dollars more so the cost is pretty even compared with other vendors. Hopefully I will be pleased with the plaque and it will arrive before the event.
