Everything was great, except with the medals I had to put the engraved plate on the back of each one. Just assumed these would already be done I guess.

I'm happy with the product overall, I'm semi disappointed in my self for not asking questions about the layout. The size of the lettering is rather small compared to the space that it is on, but that is my own fault for not looking into the set up.

One of the engraved plates where place on crooked. However customer service took care of it right away.

The trophy was broken when we received it even though it was very well padded. No problem if you can please replace. Happy to return broken trophy.
