I really like that you can see the design as you type out your engraving. The site is easy to use.

Your prices are very reasonable. But the quality was just so-so. Many of the medals are badly scratched and cannot be used.

Also, you should somehow make it more clear that metals are not engraved and come with a sticker that one must put on.

I have used another online trophy company and the medals were engraved.
