Ordered more than $160 worth of trophies for a Cub Scout Pinewood Derby. Received 18 trophies with the same engraving. Immediately called and was told I would have the engravings within a couple of days. I called after three days and was told that my issue was submitted to customer care and I would have the engravings before the event. Called the day before the Pinewood Derby freaking out. They said since they would not get to me before the event to just present the trophies with the wrong engravings and get them fixed later. The Pinewood Derby is tomorrow and I have zero correct trophies to present to the Cub Scouts.
These medals are simply terrific. The award winners are sure to be delighted! I will continue to order rom Crown Awards in the future.
I was worried about ordering such a great price on trophies but they turned out wonderful. Well made and look awesome. Could not have asked for better for the price. The boys are going to love them when i present them on Saturday.
I ordered three trophies for my nonprofit's annual meeting on a deadline. Not only were the awards cheaper than the competition (by about $100 each) but the awards came within 2 days of my approving the proof. Definitely recommend, and will be using them again next year!
