Our special athletes all want to win gold medals at an event. We all know that is not possible, so we make sure that at our local meet, everyone goes home with a gold medal. They love it and so do we and Crown Awards makes that possible. Great medals and ribbons! Always correct orders and fast delivery. Everyone is happy! I even started an order and had to wait for another team to approve what I had ordered and someone called to see if they could help me in any way...how awesome is that for customer service! I made a mistake on my order and had to call in to customer service. The rep I spoke to was incredibly helpful and nice.
Three of the trophies were assembled incorrectly. I had to unscrew them to switch out the base plates. The medals were done perfectly, but the trophies needed a quality check before sending.
