I wish shipping were a bit cheaper. The speed of shipping was decent, but faster is always better. :) I liked the many different choices for modification and customization of the plaques.

The product was low quality and not of the standards to which I had hoped they would be. It may have been my fault for choosing "acrylic" but I didn't see higher quality options (crystal, glass, etc.). I had to throw them out..

The 35$ set up fee was a gotcha that I didn't appreciate.

Online chat assistance was prompt as soon as entered site. Shipping was on time as promised.

I really enjoyed being able to build my own trophy it was very fun and got exactly what i wanted
