I order a total of 92 awards on Tuesday 8/23/2022 and received them Thursday 8/25/2022. Each award had engraving on them that came out perfect. 6 of the awards had special engraving on them and they also came out perfect. I have been informed by my Director that Crown Awards will be our go to company for any award needs that we will have in the future. I thank you all so much for all the hard work you do!

Crown Awards is the best place to order anything, especially if you want it in a timely manor and with NO ERRORS. They are very quick shippers and they do engravings perfect. I'm truly glad I found this place and will continue to shop with them and pass the word around about how good they really are.

They don't notify you that something is out of stock until you have gone through the entire process! Then, it doesn't really say what part is not in stock. I tried many combinations and gave up after about 20 or more tries! Don't bother! This is a serious waste of time.

I had placed my order on a Thursday and was expecting delivery by that Sunday. Well when I didn't receive my package by Monday night I called Fedex to track my package which I found out they basically lost my package. I frantically called Crown Awards and explained what happened and within minutes they ensured me that I would have it reshipped and delivered in two days as our end of season party is this Saturday.

Crown Awards has great products, great pricing and an amazing customer service team. I'm so happy that they were able to fix my problem that Fedex lost the package and would have my replacement asap. I will have a bunch of happy kids on our last game day.

I have been ordering trophies and medals from Crown Awards for several years. This year I made an error on my order and left off 2 of the trophies that were going to be awarded. When I went to check out I felt the shipping costs were too much to justify having the trophies on time so I opted for the cheapest knowing the trophies would arrive after the event. HOWEVER, Crown shipped my order and it miraculously arrived BEFORE the event and I had all trophies on time. I am very grateful to the company and their excellent customer service.
