I have been ordering trophies since 2014 yearly. This year I did it online no problems. When I have had problems, it was taken care of easily through chat or over the phone.

Fast and affordable. The engraved plate had a few little scratches but other wise fine.

It has been convenient to order the various medals over the years. We appreciate new designs. We do note that we have to be timely when ordering or some of the ribbons sell out (i.e. 2016, 2017 etc.).
