Great selection, overall good experience. However, one of the trophies arrived broken. Since the delivery date was a Friday, I was not able to receive the replacement until the following Thursday. My event was on Monday, so I had to present the athlete with a broken trophy. When I received the replacement, I only received the top part of the trophy, so now I need to hand the athlete part of the trophy. I believe the entire trophy should have been replaced, not just the top part. It will be awkward handing him just the top piece for him to screw into the award himself.
