One of the plaques had what looked like scuff marks on it, but we cleaned it with rubbing alcohol and it came clean. It scared us, thinking we would have to return it and wait on another, but it worked out in the end. So, overall we are still happy with your product and services!

Will need another name plate in 2021 for third grandson.

I don't remember having to pay for engraving on medals in the past. Maybe I missed it, but that took me by surprise when I was ordering, but didn't deter me from ordering.
