Everything arrived quickly. The package was ripped and bent and a couple medals were scratched as a result. I suppose the handling of the package is the responsibility of the carrier and not the sender.

Trophies were perfect.
Initially ordered 2 acrylics, rcvd them and 1 was wrong. Phnd customer srvc, msgd forwarded but not acknowledgement for nearly 24hrs then told cust srvc closed for weekend. Sat morn rcvd email asking if i was contacted yet...i was not. Then i rcvd another email stating corrected order put in. Just seemed that quality failed at time of production as all my info for the award was correct in system. Then failed communication to cust srvc. I felt as if these were not inspected as should have been against what was ordered to prevent my customer aggrevation. Thank u for correcting and shipping quickly to me.
I love the level of choice I have. I'll pass this site on to my fellow teachers and PTA! I was very pleased with the choices, delivery time, and care of packaging. I will order again!
