This is the first collosal printing error I've ever experienced with Crown trophies I ordered. For the 20 plus years I had a good experience so this is shocking, not just typos but the whole order is a disaster. I took pictures but cant post them here. I will email it to Crown Awards.

I've ordered here the past few years. Always great service. The problem is that they were so quick, I now have to store a bunch of trophies in my garage! Even with the custom engraving, the trophies arrived in mere days.

We're a continued supporter/client of Crown Awards. When we ordered another 'Employee of the Year' award plaque, they changed the font style and we weren't able to edit it, to match the previous years' plaques. I had asked for someone to reach out -and why - and no one did. The plaque came fast, but my only wish was that the font style be consistent. It's a small detail, but it's just the way I'm wired.

I ordered medallions for our ice fishing tournament. Very easy to use and find what I wanted.

I had some ribbons left from previous years but I thought the clips would come with the medallions to

Attached and they did not. I will have to look again to see if I can order just the clips to attached the ribbons.

I needed a name plate to describe a small commemorative display I created to honor an American hero of WW2. Crown Awards supplied the perfect solution at a good price. Thank you!

Very satisfied with my orders. The process to choose an item and customize it is very easy. There's a nice selection of products. The medals and ribbons I have received have been of high qulaity - they are sturdy, and have accurate printing and colors (nothing misaligned, no misprints, faded colors, color bleeds, etc.). I have used this company in the past and plan to use them again!

This is my third time ordering from Crown Awards and both times the delivery was really fast without having to request & pay for expedited shipping. Quality goods, too.

Wham looking for what I needed there were multiple options. I was able to obtain exactly what I wanted and at a very reasonable price.

The plaque I ordered was damaged in the mail. When I called to report the damage the customer service representative told me exactly what I needed to do. Once the Customer Care Department received my documentation, they provided a replacement plaque within the time frame I needed.

My husband found this trophy on line. The 40 letters were great for extra appreciation. It is the perfect size and beautiful.

I typically order trophies/medals twice a year, one for soccer and one for basketball. I have never had an issue with Crown Awards. I always receive my order within the estimated time frame and never has my order been wrong. Overall great experience on lead times and pricing.

We always use Crow Awards for our years of service pins. They are the best value and a nice commemorative piece to add to our recognition bundle.

Not only am I pleased with the plaques which is absolutely AMAZING. The turn around time was unmatched! I mean you talking about service? I will definitely be ordering again and letting EVERYONE know what my experience was. I can't say thank you enough.
