Received product in amazing time. Two plaques had a scratch but not to bad, one was able to be rubbed out. But I have to say the whole process was amazing. I am sure if I would complain it would be taken care of. It is so minor. I am not complaining. AWESOME!

I contact CrownAwards regarding my dismay...no one contact me verbally but I did receive an email with disappointing news. Oh well, the prices were very economical hence I didn't get what I paid for. :(
I like that every year when it is time for me to get trophys for my kids archery program I get a list of prievious trophys ordered. It is a big help. I like to order the same partisapation trophys every year if possible. The price is reasonable, the quality is good, and delivery is always on time. This is a necessity for me since I do it all on my bottle return program which covers all cost of the archery nprogram for the kids thank you
Shipping was pricey, but well worth the look on my son's face! Pricing of merchandise is reasonable, however. Great site for higher quantities or higher priced merchandise. They were very nice to refund half of my shipping, due to my original rating, which was very nice of them, especially since I did not request it. They apparently have great customer service! My son's trophy arrived packaged VERY well, the inscription was perfect and it was just as I ordered it. I do like the fact you can customize them easily on their site.
