I love my experience. The company always have interesting new products and easy to search.
A bit confusing trying to order last item, it showed up twice and I noticed it and had to start all over on checkout instead of continuing where I was at. But the medals and delivery were first rate, probably my inexperience caused the mix-up in ordering.
A couple of my trophy bases were chipped (and they are black so very noticeable). That said, this is probably the 4th year I have ordered all my awards and Crown does a great job usually on quality and value and selection.

I find the Crown Awards website to be very user friendly. I like to be able to see the medal choice with my options (ribbons, etc) before purchasing. This is the 15th yr of our tournament and the most of the years our medals have come from Crown Awards. Up until last year we shopped locally and I do prefer to shop local, but the website is just too convenient, open 24 hours, and so user friendly that I can't resist ordering online.
Like that I was able to build the trophies and could save the cart until approval.
I didnt get my item by the date it was supposed to be delivered. However the specialist had one made and overnighted to me in time for the award to be presented. I appriciated that very much as the problem was with the shipping company not CrownAwards.
