Trophy quality were great, however crystal trophies for longest drive and closest to the pin were barely legible and unfit for presentation.

Very easy; however, I believe the shipping costs is quite high. Also, I believe, you could offer a first-time buyer a discount.

Unable to order extra.6 X 3.75 engraving plates online. Tried to call in order but will attempt to email my order. I am hearing impaired & was not able to understand the operators. Will attempt to email customer service to place order. Need these with the rest of my order.
