I was looking for a company to do a crystal recognition award for me (the company I had used closed their business) and I found Crown Awards. I placed my order late in the day, and within an hour I received an email that my order was shipping via FedEx. They did a great job, I received my order on time, and to top it off it came with a beautiful gift bag, tissue paper, and a card! The order process was quick and easy. Love it! I highly recommend Crown Awards to anyone looking for quality merchandise. I will be using them for any specialty awards I need in the future.

Somehow, my order went through and a confirmation was sent to my boss; while at the same time, an email was sent to me stating that I had not completed the transaction and that my items were still waiting in the cart. I did receive the order and all was as planned.
