Delivery was quicker on previous oders

I have used Crown several times over the past 5 years. Excellent service and my employees really enjoy the trophies. A small token totes a long way on this sales team.

I am not happy with the quality. I thought "engraving" meant engraving not a sticker plate to add to the medal. I thought there was the front of the medals had actual bling on it like fake crystals not a fake stick. I am not impressed with the quality. I could have went to a local place and ordered medals that were engraved for real.
I will not be purchasing anything from this website again.

Ordering on the Crown Awards website was very simple. I ordered a custom trophy and the drop-down menus were thorough, ensuring that the trophy was complete.

Shopping was easy as was choosing the type of plaque and engraving. Shipping was very expensive and I believe that's how you made up on the cost of the plaque being so inexpensive. The engraving looks nice, but the plate was glued on crooked so the finished product isn't as polished as I'd like.
