It was quick and very user friendly. However it said "Free Shipping" when I first went in but I must not have read the fine print because I was charged a bunch of freight.

The order process was quick and easy. Very nice for rush orders. That being said, I assumed that a gold trophy would have a gold figure attached, not a silver one!
