It was a simple and rewarding shopping experience
I specifically reached out to Crown's chat service to confirm that my entire 6 x 6 would be filled with words and was told yes, the font would be adjusted. Instead, I got a big piece of gold colored plastic with three lines of text in the middle and a whole bunch of empty space. Also- I somehow missed that I was paying $14 for a piece of plastic. I thought i was getting a brass plate. I tried to find where they mention it is plastic, but i do not see that anywhere on the engraving plates webpage. The shipping was not reasonable for 2 day fedex service. So I spent $30 for a piece of gold plastic. If that is what you want, they can provide it.
Worked with the company before, but not with trophies. Excellent selection, options, and price. Our Halloween costume contest winners will be thrilled to receive their awards! Thank you Crown Awards!
