I have ordered often from Crown and have always been satisfied that I was getting what was advertised. This time, however, I feel somewhat disappointed. I order medals for my sailing team which were advertised as having "personalized engraving" on the back. The medals themselves were not engraved. The personalized part was on a sticker which I had to affix to the medal myself. Looks cheap.

Crown provides an excellent service for coaches or groups looking to award team performance in a variety of sports and scholastic endeavors. The prices are very reasonable - with free engraving, the products are high quality, the service is excellent, and there is a quick turnaround. I've been using them for over 2 years and never had them get my order wrong. Crown is definitely the company to trust when it comes to team or individual awards.
The ordering process on the website was pretty good, it showed exactly how the final customized product is going to look like. Received the product very fast and exactly as it was promised. Their art department is also very responsive.

When it says engraved, I thought they would come engraved, not use a sticker.

I suppose having us stick the nameplates on the trophies is a way they cut costs. It is easy enough to do.
