All of the quest are going to want to take one of these trophies home.

Worst experience I've had in over 15 years.
Customer service is normally top notch. Not this time.
There was no miscommunication.
I followed directions, and was shuffled off like I was a nuisance.
I even asked when did the process change. No answer was given.
I was ready to pay when I was in the office.
I hope this does not happen again, as fortunate/unfortunately Crown Trophy does great work.

Lastly, I was subjected to a shipping fee when I had plans topick up the trophies from the home base.
I've never paid a shipping fee before!
