I bought orbit smart watch from crossbeats website. It got delivered in less than 48 hours and the product is really good. It has all the features and functions that I was looking at. I am really happy with my purchase.

Crosssbeat as company has highly disheartened me with their pathetic service. 1 month back I had purchased crossbeat torq which was around 5k was totally out of order. I have waited for approx 1 month for my product to get replace and they never respond to mails nor their customer service calls u back. After a month I have received my order which they have not replaced instead they have repaired it and sent me. To my surprise the product is still faulty and not functioning and they are just not providing me with any solution I feel betrayed and mentally depressed by this act because 5k is a decent amount. Crosssbeat I need a solution for my product because I think I am done I need a solution asap. And hope I ll get a quick response from your end.
