This is a horrid "company." Their website is FULL of false information that you don't realize until AFTER you complete the purchase. NOWHERE on the site do they state that they are a China based company, until AFTER your order is complete. They claim "DOMESTIC SHIPPING" to apply to U.S. and Canada, implying they are a stateside business. They claim FAST SHIPPING yet it took over a month to receive the items. They claim HIGH QUALITY CLOTHING yet the clothing is made from cheap, low quality fabrics. Every item I ordered was entirely too large to be a small. Every item came with it's own, very strong chemical smells. After requesting a refund, well within their refund qualifications, completely willing to return clothing at my expense, they tried to negotiate with me to give an $8 refund and 15% off my next purchase. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
The dresses were cheap fabric and I wanted to return them. They would not give me their return address (as stated in their online return policy), choosing to refund me $7 on a $75 purchase. I will give the dresses to a charity, but would never order from this entity again.
It takes forever to get your purchase and then when it finally comes the material is cheap and the sizes are way off. The return policy is awful! Stay away, this is truly a case of buyer beware.
Items are shipped from China and returns must be sent to China. This is not noted on their website. My items were ordered 28-May and did not arrive until 02-July. Crisdress website indicates up to 15 business days for delivery to the US. This is well over the business days they quote on their website. The material is not of good quality and have a chemical smell when taken out of the package; my skin had a reaction to the fabric or dyes/chemicals used. When a return is requested due to quality, which is in line with their return policy posted on their website, the return was denied and they offered $9 USD with a 15% discount for my next purchase. The total of the order was $90 USD so the $9 Crisdress offered clearly is not even close to covering the unwearable items. I ended up negotiating with them and finally, after 4-5 emails back and forth, they agreed to accept my return for 2 out of 3 items for a full refund with shipping costs being paid by myself (~$24 USD). Terrible customer service from a shady company who clearly does not care about their customers.
Made a purchase, two shirts, one dress & a pair of jeans. $129 total. I finally got my stuff 1 month later. Nothing was anything like in the pictures. Cheap, thin material. The jeans were paper thin and not even close to what they were supposed to be. I sent them an email saying I wanted to return and get a refund. Six emails later, after being bribed to keep the items, or sell them, or just give to a friend. They offered me $12, then $16, then $22 to keep them. I told them I was going to contact the BBB and my Lawyer if they didn't send me a return label. Finally they sent me the address. But to send them back to China will cost ME more money than it's worth, especially not knowing if I'll ever see my return money. So trust me when I say "Don't buy from Crisdress" EVER!
Clothing was 1/10 as nice as shown on website. Material appeared to be reused/reswen. Customer service email offered me less money than what I paid to keep the items, said it would be too difficult for me to return items to China, and refused to give me return instructions on four attempts.

Never received my purchase. Been over 22 WEEKDAYS (over a month since purchase) and have not received my purchase and tracking info says the product is still sitting in China. Beware, the transaction shows the payment was processed to a company called Berry Moda, which is also a SCAM with many complaints on this site and on social media of not receiving their product and poor quality.
Thin, cheap material with poorly-sewn hems and seams. No exchanges allowed and no returns "just because you do not like the item", per website return policy. Website states they will accept returns for items which do not match the advertised photo, indicating that the items are replicas, or for items of poor quality, but ask for photo evidence that this is the case. Only an email address is available to start a complaint or request a return. Items ship from China, which was not made apparent, and delivery was several days late.
