For this order, the wrong tape was ordered

For this order, the wrong tape was ordered. I sent back the order and placed a new one. I am hoping the return of the old order goes smoothly. I think the free standard shipping should have a shorter delivery date. It takes too long to get the products and for how much we spend on the tape the shipping should be free but faster. Otherwise coupons need to be sent out for incentives. I also think we shouldn't have had to pay for the shipping to return the incorrect order. That should be an expense to creative safety supply.

Working with the people at Creative Safety Supply(Adam)is great he is very helpful. We just purchased the LabelTac 4 Pro for our plant. It is very useful in marking pipes and machines to help with the "Standard Work" that we are introducing here. We have a large temp force, the LabelTac 4 will help us out on the labeling of parts and equipment.

The last time I ordered something I had a special request of safety "Flip flop" footsteps to go thru our warehouse. I had an idea, a piece of clip art, and a color for them to work with. I had a drawing within 6 hours, and a sample of the product in the shape and color that I reqeusted within one week. I was very impressed with the speed and ability to make it happen in such a short time. The price and turnaround time were great! I have worked with Adam Jones over the phone and thru emails. He is very friendly, quick and efficient. I would suggest this company to anyone or company with these kind of needs.

I am not the most tech savvy individual so it's great that Creative Safety Supply offers technical support over the phone. It's so much easier when I have a professional giving me step by step directions to solve the problem. Chris Collard is always who I call for support and he's always eager to help me. Your customer support is excellent, Eric Ferris was very helpful and professional. Eric followed up with my inquiry and answered all my questions. You shopping cart is well designed and easy to use which made my buying experience problem free. I also received my product on time and was up and printing the same day.
